All Norkbrook doors are custom-made to order, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision. Production times vary depending on specification, finish, and hardware selection. Estimated lead times will be confirmed at the quotation stage.

Delivery

• UK and international delivery available
• Doors are professionally packed to prevent damage during transit
• Delivery dates are arranged in advance for convenience
• On-site offloading assistance may be required due to door size and weight

Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.

Returns & Cancellations

As our doors are bespoke products, returns are not accepted once production has commenced.
Cancellations may be possible only before manufacturing begins and must be confirmed in writing.

General Care

Cleaning
